This wonderfully soft 8oz washed denim in pale blue is both malleable and easy to sew, making it perfect for clothing such as shirts and skirts, as well as for crafting and soft furnishings. The unique appearance of this fabric comes from its production in large washers with bleach (Please note: This results in shade variations from batch to batch).

To maintain its colour and quality, avoid storing the fabric under lights or in windows, as it will fade over time. Colour loss can occur from washing, wearing, and exposure to daylight. Denim dye can also transfer to lighter colours, including upholstery. Therefore, it's recommended to wash denim clothes several times in cold water before wearing to remove any loose dye. Turning denim garments inside out and washing with other dark colours can help prevent dye transfer.

This fabric has been pre-washed to minimise shrinkage. For washing, use a 30-degree wash, avoid bleach, and use a cool tumble-dry setting. Washing separately the first couple of times is recommended.

• Please allow 2-10% shrinkage on fabrics to be on the safe side. Wash before making up in the same manner as you would with subsequent washes (including drying methods)
