Flower Power Trousers

Flower Power Trousers are the new floral statements for Spring and Summer. A new take on the floral pattern. Swap the botanical dresses for the new blossoming clothing on the block – the Flower Power Trouser! Floral trousers are coming in hot this season with many of the big brands and celebrities now seen rocking this look. We have found some of our favourite trousers – from palazzo to cigarette trousers – to give you inspiration to make some of your own Flower Power Trousers!

The Flower Power Trousers are perfect for all ages and sizes. There are many different styles - from palazzo trousers to cigarette trousers – to flatter all body types. The range these trousers have is unbelievable. If you want to emphasise your waist you can go for a wide leg, ‘palazzo’ style trouser or if you want to appear long-legged, then a slimmer, ‘cigarette’ style trousers would be perfect!

This style is giving very 1960s vibes with the option for big, colourful, psychedelic floral prints! This style is really coming back round so embrace the ‘summer of love’ look in a floral trouser! We have linked to our flowery fabrics which we think would be perfect for this project.

You could go the full works and do a whole Flower Power Suit or pair the Flower Power Trousers with a lovely blouse to make the trousers a statement piece!

These can either be dressed up with a chunky heeled sandal for going out. Or you can dress down the trousers with a pair of chunky trainers for a summer day picnic! Depending on the print or the style of trouser these can be adapted for any day or night look. Freshen up and rejuvenate your wardrobe with a burst of floral colour. You can go full botanical with a large bright and colourful flower print or tone it down slightly with a solid colour base and a delicate floral print. That is the great thing about Flower Power Trousers, anyone can find a print or style they like! They are so versatile!
