Recommended Fabric

Dress-weight viscose, challis, natural or man-made silk, and polyester.

Opt for light to mid-weight, breathable, fluid, soft, and non-stretch fabrics with various fibre content combinations, such as natural (silk, cotton, linen), artificial (viscose), blends (linen + silk, linen + cotton, cotton + viscose), and synthetic (polyester) fibres.

Avoid very stretchy knits (jersey) and lightweight sheers (chiffon, organza, stretch lace).

The pants in the cover photo are tailored from a light, soft, non-stretch dress-weight fabric with 100% polyester fibre content, showcasing good drape.
