This brilliant white double gauze fabric is made from 100% cotton. Double gauze is a versatile lightweight fabric made up from 2 very fine layers of cotton gauze invisibly tacked together. These layers have a looser weave that gives the cloth a cuddlier feel. 

Often confused with muslin due to its puckered texture, this fabric is double layered unlike muslin. However its applications do transfer over, perfect for quilting and blanketing this fabric is not restricted by the thinness of muslin. The layers of cloth make this perfect for dressmaking, creating wonderful blouses, dresses, skirts, and comfy loungewear.

• Please allow up to 10% shrinkage for all fabrics to be on the safe side. For all fabrics wash before making up in the same manner as would with subsequent washes (including drying methods).
• If you are in any doubt about care instructions please always test a sample first to find the most suitable way to wash your chosen fabrics, as we cannot accept liability for fabrics washed or treated incorrectly.
