Card Value and Purchase: Croft Mill Gift Cards are available in denominations of £50, £30, £20, and £10 on our website. Other values can be purchased directly through us. The value of the gift card is as stated on the card itself.
Validity and Expiry: Each gift card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue. After this period, the card will expire and any remaining balance will be forfeited.
Usage: Gift cards can be used as payment for purchases from Croft Mill. They are redeemable against all products, including fabrics, haberdashery items, and sewing patterns.
Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Additional Costs: A postage fee applies to each gift card purchase.
Cooling-off Period: Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period from the receipt of the gift card, during which they can cancel the purchase. If the gift card is unused, a full refund of the purchase price and the outbound delivery charge will be provided. The consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Lost or Stolen Cards: Please treat gift cards as cash. Croft Mill is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.
